How it works

  1. Film the job

A minute or two on your phone. Show a few full cycles: where the part comes from, what the person does, where it goes next.

  2. We review it

We check whether it looks like a realistic automation job and write it up as a request for quote. If it doesn't look like a fit, we'll tell you why.

  3. Vendors quote

We send it to a small number of automation vendors we select for this kind of work. You get their options side by side and decide who to talk to. No obligation.

Send us the job

All fields are required unless marked optional.

A few sentences: the part, what the person does, and anything that changes (sizes, part numbers, changeovers).

Does this video show anything ITAR/EAR-controlled or customer-confidential?

For example: defense parts, export-controlled technical data, or a customer's drawings or logos. If you're not sure, choose Yes.

MP4, MOV, or WebM, up to 500 MB. Straight from your phone is fine. If it's too big, trim it or record at 1080p instead of 4K.

Your video and details go to private storage, not a public site. We share them only as described in the checkbox above.

Questions

What does this cost me?

Nothing. Free for manufacturers. Vendors pay us a fee only if a project closes. You're never obligated to buy.

Who sees my video?

Us, and the small number of vendors we select to quote your job. We don't post it anywhere. If you need an NDA first, check the NDA box and we won't share anything until it's in place.

What kinds of jobs?

Repetitive physical tasks. For example: loading and unloading machines, pick and place, packing, palletizing, deburring, inspection, kitting, simple assembly steps. Not sure? Send it anyway.

What makes a useful video?

Hold the phone steady and show a few full cycles at normal speed. Get the part up close once, then step back to show the whole station. Mention part weight and any tight tolerances in the description.

What if it can't be automated?

We'll tell you plainly, and why.
